Letter From Ross to Liberty Forum
I’m sitting here in my housing unit at USP Florence surrounded by steel and concrete and lost souls, waiting for the controlled move up to the law library. It’s been more than four years now since my arrest. Somehow, you still haven’t given up on me. I get your letters (sorry I don’t the time to reply to them all), Lyn tells me how she gets “love bombed” every time she’s up your way, and I just know that you are my community. You are the ones pulling for me, that won’t forget and see my situation for what it is.
You give me the courage to keep fighting. Thank you for this precious gift. It keeps me going through the dark moments and the times I forget I’m not alone.
All my love,
“A podium and a prison is each a place, one high and the other low, but in either…your freedom…can be maintained.”
